- Product (device, substance, strain of microorganism, cell culture of a plant, animal);
- Process (method);
- New use of a previously known product or process (method);
Conditions of patentability
A utility model meets the conditions of patentability, if it:
- Is new (i.e. is not part of the current level of technology);
- Is industrially applicable.
