The objects of copyright are works in the field of science, literature and art, namely:
- literary works;
- dramatic and musical dramatic works, script works;
- choreographic works and pantomimes;
- music with or without text;
- audiovisual works (motion pictures, television and video films, slide films, filmstrips and other film and television productions);
- paintings, sculptures, graphics, design, graphic stories, comics and other works of fine art;
- works of decorative and applied art and set design;
- works of architecture, urban planning and landscape art;
- photographic works and works made by methods similar to photographs;
- geographical, geological and other maps, plans, sketches and plastic works related to geography, topography and other sciences;
- other works.
